What does the health check cost?
Nothing. If you want to go further, discovery is a fixed €7,500 over three weeks. After that we're paid from a declining share of the margin we help recover over three years (50%, 25%, 10%). No results, no fee.
Do we need a data team?
No. We need someone who can export files from your POS, ERP and e-commerce platform, and 30 minutes for the readout.
Do we have to change our systems?
No. They all stay where they are. We work from exports, and in production our engine runs in your own cloud.
Does our data leave the company?
For the health check, exports can be pseudonymized before they reach us, and we sign a data processing agreement first. In production everything runs in your own cloud account, and you remain the data controller under GDPR.
What happens after the readout?
Nothing, unless you want it to. If the leaks are worth fixing, we scope a three-week discovery around the biggest one.
